Under the joint initiative of Mahalaxmi Jagadamba Sanstha Koradi, Yuva Foundation, and NAREDCO Vidarbha Foundation, the पालकमंत्री रोजगार मेळावा is being organized with the aim of empowering the youth, generating employment, and creating a stronger economic foundation for Vidarbha.
With the guidance of Palakmantri Shri Chandrashekhar Bawankule and the dedicated efforts of Dr. Kunal Padole (Founder – Yuva Foundation & President – NAREDCO Vidarbha Foundation), this mega employment fair will serve as a bridge between skilled talent and the right opportunities.
This is more than just a job fair – it’s a movement to inspire self-reliance, foster growth, and uplift communities by connecting employers with deserving candidates. Together, we are building pathways to success for the youth of our region.

Recently, we had a lovely and power‑packed event – Sawaad with leading Newspaper Navbharat!
The entire real estate fraternity joined hands for this vibrant session. It turned into a wonderful brainstorming on the future of the Real Estate Sector – discussing Virtual Property Fairs, Government’s crucial role in building real estate, foreign investments and many more forward‑looking ideas!
For Sawaad from Navbharat, Shri Rahul Abhaynkar, Shri Sanjay Tiwari, Shri Neeraj Nandan, Shri Dube were present.
From NAREDCO Vidarbha – President Dr. Kunal Padole, Shri Ghanshyam Dhokne, Shri Sachin Meher, Shri Saahil Tiwari, Ms. Dipasha Patil graced the occasion.

Yoga with Corporate Gurus – A Transformational Experience! ✨🌿
On this International Yoga Day, 21st June 2025, Team NAREDCO Vidarbha had the privilege to participate in “Yoga with Corporate Gurus” – a special initiative by Navbharat in association with IIM Nagpur.
The session brought together Nagpur’s top corporate leaders for an energizing and peaceful yoga experience at the beautiful IIM Nagpur Campus, MIHAN. With expert guidance, we practiced yoga that not only helped reduce stress but also boosted focus, energy, and leadership clarity.

I am deeply humbled and honored to have taken the Oath as the President of NAREDCO Vidarbha Foundation, administered by none other than Hon’ble Chief Minister Shri Devendra Fadnavis Ji, during the prestigious NAREDCO Vidarbha Presidential Induction Ceremony.
This is truly a milestone moment in my life — one filled with pride, gratitude, and a deep sense of responsibility.
